We initiated Self-Employment Training Programs for women, making a significant difference in the lives of many women and their families. Through these programs, underprivileged women and girls gained valuable skills in tailoring, embroidery, blouse stitching, kids' dressmaking, and zari work on sarees. As a result, some of them have successfully started their own micro-enterprises, creating a sustainable source of income for themselves and contributing to the financial stability of their households. This initiative has empowered them with the tools to achieve economic independence and self-reliance.
