Programs

Livelihood and Enterprise Development Program(LEDP)

Recognizing that skill upgradation alone has a limited impact on creating sustainable livelihoods for SHG members, the Livelihood and Enterprise Development Program (LEDP) was introduced. This initiative aims to foster sustainable livelihoods by providing SHG members with not only skill-building but also refresher training, backward-forward linkages, and ongoing support. The program focuses on livelihood promotion within clusters and addresses the entire value chain, offering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions. We have successfully implemented LEDPs in Warangal Urban District, reaching 320 women through this initiative.
